Privacy Policy
When purchasing items from our website we will ask you for information that will help us fill your order and ask you if you want to receive our VIP newsletter. We do not share your information with ANYONE else. We just use it to fill your order and keep in touch with your so that you can know what we are up to!
Returns & Exchanges
Our products have a 20-day no questions asked money back guarantee. We believe in OLD FASHIONED customer service here. We want you to be thrilled with the product you received and if you're not, we want to make it right! Its up to if you want a refund or an exchange. While we can't force you we would love to know what you didn't love about our product and how we can improve it. We love hearing both the good and the bad about our products and your experiences with them. If you want to return an item just contact us and we'll get back to you with the instructions for returning the product. You just have to ship the product back to us at your cost. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you back the cost of shipping out your product or the cost of returning it.
Animal Testing
We do not test our products on animals, ever! Instead we have humans test and use our products and give us feedback. We believe that animals have the right to simply co-exist with us. Many of us own cats or dogs who are members of our family. Why should any other animal be treated any differently? They should not and they don't with us. We are a 100% animal cruelty free company. Synthetic Preservatives
We avoid the use of synthetic preservatives in almost all our products, however sometimes there is a need to use one. So we do, but we choose more natural and less harmful ones. We choose to use ingredients that are ’self preserving’ like witch hazel, vegetable glycerin, Rosemary Oil Extract, Grapefruit Extract in glycerin, Naturagard™ and the not so natural but not at all harmful potassium sorbate and Tinosan SDC. We can add a preservatives to almost any product you would like, just let us know at checkout by leaving us a note in the comment box.
Sustainablity
All of our ingredients, materials and packaging are sustainably sourced, through local vendors for recyclable PET containers and, raw materials suppliers. We try our best to get our suppliers from vendors within Washington state, Oregon, and California but sometimes it's just not possible to do that and we have to go further out. But we do our best to stay as close to home as possible.
Fair Trade & Organic
Our products are made with high quality natural and organic (when available) ingredients. We choose to purchase our raw ingredients from suppliers who support fair trade and those who cultivate, wild craft and gather those items. We believe a fair day's work deserves a fair day's pay and you will never fin us taking short cuts on quality or production. We do not cut corners in ANY area of our business because we believe you deserve the best. Our essential oils are organic (when available), wild crafted or 100% created and harvested without chemicals.
